. . . The UU Congregation of the Catskills (Kingston NY) has published a guide and resource list for those returning to New York's Ulster County from prison or jail. Coming Back to Ulster County is the fifth such publication in the state and was produced with the help of a grant from the New York State Convention of Universalist

. . . The Task Force on Election Integrity of the Community Church of NY UU (Manhattan) testified recently about the dangers of electronic voting at hearings of the NY City Council, the Assembly Election Committee, and the State Board of Elections. Click here for the testimony.

. . . Justin Fertig, former youth representative to the District Board and member of the First Unitarian Society of Plainfield (NJ), now works with the Common Ground Coalition in New Orleans providing relief to hurricane

2006 Annual Meeting Highlights

**  Radical Hospitality: Welcome All Into Our House is this year's theme and focus.

 
**  The Rev. Rosemary Bray McNatt, minister at the Fourth Universalist Society (Manhattan), will deliver the keynote address Saturday morning.
 
**  Nick Page, UU composer, author, and song-leader, will create a joyful musical experience Friday night.

. . . UUA Lifespan Faith Development welcomes new Family Matters Task Force members, including the Rev. Hope Johnson, minister at the UU Congregation of Central Nassau (Garden City NY).
 

Catherine Torpey will be ordained by the South Nassau UU Congregation (Freeport NY) on March 19 at 4:00 p.m. For more information, contact Lisa Bryson-Brockmann.

 
Megan Kelly will be ordained by the Central Unitarian Church (Paramus NJ) on April 30 at 4:30 p.m. For more information, call 201-262-6300.
 
The Rev. Debra Haffner, community minister at the Unitarian Church in Westport (CT), has been approved for final fellowship by the UUA.
 
The UU Congregation of Danbury (CT) will  hold a special service on March 26 to dedicate their new fellowship hall. William Schulz, president of Amnesty International, will be the keynote speaker.
 
The UU Congregation of the South Fork (Bridgehampton NY) held their first service in their new building on Christmas Eve.
